sleaves offers a 15-day return policy where a full refund is being asked for, which means you have 15 days after the date of receipt reported by our shipping partners to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact sleaves here. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label can be provided to you at the original price of shipping that was paid, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You may also choose to ship the item back on your own, however items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question here.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact sleaves immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that an evaluation can be made on the issue and be made right. Damage / shipping issue returns and refunds will only be accepted if contact is made within 48 hours of the delivered tracking notification.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order products are non-returnable, unless damaged during shipping - please see above. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, returns will not be accepted on sale or clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Notification will be sent to the original email address on the purchase once products have been received and inspected informing you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen items. Refunds will only be offered after the item(s) have been returned and inspected for damage.
Warranty
I really hate all the legal speak about warranties. If you are the original owner and have an issue please get in touch. If the issue is related to the way I designed, crafted or built the item I'll either fix it or replace if free of charge. I do not offer any refunds on products that have been in your hands longer than 15 days. If the issue is related to abuse or neglect of the product I will still see what I can do to help which in many cases could be to offer a new product at a discount and then educate you on how to take better care of the new one.
